I've played a defining role in growing a SaaS business from inception through multi-million dollar ARR — leading regional expansion across North America, Europe, and APAC, and navigating a successful acquisition as a core member of the executive team.
My edge is rare: the technical depth of an engineer, the strategic vision of an MBA, and the hands-on instincts of someone who has built teams, processes, and playbooks entirely from scratch — across four continents and multiple business functions.

What I Do
I sit at the intersection of operations and technology — identifying where AI creates genuine leverage and building the systems to deliver it. From intelligent support infrastructure and knowledge automation to AI-driven operational workflows, I translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes. I work closely with product teams to ground AI initiatives in real customer use cases, ensuring what gets built actually gets used.
I've built GTM motions from scratch, set up foreign entities, and unified siloed business functions under a single operating vision — across multiple regions and time zones. I design the processes, SOPs, and accountability structures that let organizations scale without losing control. I've operated through early stage, hyper-growth, and post-acquisition phases, and know how each demands a different playbook.
I architect the entire customer journey — from procurement and onboarding through renewal, expansion, and offboarding. I build the teams, playbooks, and operational systems that turn customers into long-term partners. My approach combines relationship depth with operational rigour: clear ownership, proactive touchpoints, and escalation processes that resolve issues before they become churn.
Experience
Leading end-to-end North American operations spanning Sales, Support, Implementation, and Customer Success. Responsible for designing and scaling the operating model, establishing cross-functional standards, and aligning regional teams to company-wide growth objectives. Active participant in board-level strategy including a successful acquisition process. Spearheading the company's AI vision — identifying operational bottlenecks where AI creates leverage, and guiding the development of AI product features grounded in real customer use cases.
Built and scaled a global professional services organization across four countries — managing a team of Data Analyst Managers and a network of consulting partners. Full P&L ownership: KPIs, performance management, project scoping, budgeting, and revenue targets. Delivered an average of 100 client implementations annually across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and marketing sectors.
Founded the Professional Services function from zero — wrote the business plan, built the team, and established the operating model. Simultaneously built the Customer Support function: hiring, SLAs, QA procedures, and escalation management. Established strategic consulting partnerships in LATAM and Australia, opening new service revenue channels.
Set up the company's first foreign entity in Arizona. Built and led a business development team, owning the full pre- and post-sales cycle across North America and Europe. Developed and executed sales strategy, managed pipeline, and drove new revenue growth while maintaining strong customer retention simultaneously.
Managed European customer success operations — leading a team of Data Analysts in post-sales support. Partnered closely with Product to drive agile, customer-led development. The start of a 12-year journey building one company across four continents.
Worked with a major North American bank on credit card call center software focused on risk and fraud analysis. Built the technical foundation — engineering thinking, systems design, analytical rigour — that continues to shape how I approach operations and AI today.
